The General Directorate of Risk Management is the structure within the National Agency for Fiscal Administration, established starting with June 1, 2020 following the restructuring and reorganization of NAFA, with responsibilities in coordinating the risk management activity.
The General Directorate of Risk Management is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the set of measures and processes aimed at identifying, analyzing, mitigating and periodically reviewing fiscal risks, as well as establishing fair tax treatments commensurate with the level of risk and efficient allocation of Agency resources.
